Thank you for shopping with PetToysSeasonal. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return policy below.


Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance items

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Items marked as non-returnable


Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at dogtoysseasonal@yourstore.com with your order number and reason for return. Our support team will provide return instructions.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider


Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
